An Environment can contain multiple running applications.

All applications in an Environment will run in the same namespace and share the same resource quota. Application components in the same namespace will require additional network policies to manage network segmentation.

Hence, it is often best to isolate applications in their own environments. However, sometimes multiple applications are tightly coupled and do need to be deployed together.

To run an application in an Environment, navigate to the Environment, and click on Run Application.

1. Enter a run name.
2. Select an upstream.
3. Select an application or specify Git settings for your application.
